Step 3. Within the first 5–7 days, we'll show you the initial drafts — the main framework of your future project — so you can review the work and share your feedback.

At this stage, if you're not satisfied with the direction, you can cancel the project and receive a full refund, provided payment was made.

If you order a full product development package, here's how the process works:

Stage 1 – Research & Analysis
We assign a dedicated team to your project. Our analysts begin by researching your market and identifying your business goals. During this phase, we may also conduct JTBD and CustDev research (commonly used in startup projects) and define your user scenarios.

Stage 2 – UX/UI Design
Based on the research insights, our design team starts creating the interface structure. This includes designing wireframes, UI components, and the overall design system for your product.

Stage 3 – User Testing
Our designers and QA testers conduct usability tests to ensure the interface is intuitive and effective. If needed, we involve real users from your target audience to observe how they interact with the product and gather data for improvement. Any usability issues or design weaknesses are fixed during this stage.

Stage 4 – Product Development
The finalized interface design is passed to our developers, who turn it into a fully functional product. At this stage, almost the entire team is involved.

Stage 5 – Prototype Testing
We repeat the testing phase, but now using the working prototype to ensure everything performs as expected.

Stage 6 – Pre-launch Preparation
Final quality checks, optimization, and deployment setup.

Stage 7 – Launch & Handover
The product goes live. We deliver all rights, source files, and access credentials to you.
